HOW TO ACCESS RENTALS

The rental page is exclusively accessible for models and performers. If you are either of the two, to gain access to the site, please message me on 540-322-2873 with a photo copy of you with your comp card OR your social media info. I will respond back with further info on how to join. Photographers may be eligible for access; please message me for further business discussion.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I will gladly accept returns on any of my projects EXCEPT paper originals, digital downloads, or intimate/exotic jewelry.

Commissions are a NON-RETURNABLE item, but may be cancelled before shipment (deposits may be applied & retained depending on order). If custom jewelry was an improper size, please message me & send back the product for adjustment.

If a product was damaged during shipment, please message me for further return or compensation options. For damaged items that were due to a structure flaw or defect, and were not a result of tampering or shipment, please message me for return & repair or compensation. This warranty is good for 2 weeks after delivery.

If you received a product that was either- 1. the wrong item/color, or 2. the wrong size option (not custom)- please message me for exchange options.
